Individual Career and Professional Development Coaching
Touchstone Career Coaches are experts at helping individuals discover their strengths and their passions and developing plans to achieve them. Our Career and Professional Development programs are tailored to each individual's specific goals and provide distinct paths to their objectives. We start by assessing the individual's current skill set, responsibilities, and experience and then, after detailed discussions of the individual's desired outcomes, we design a plan aimed at those targets. Along the way, our coaches work hand-in-hand with you to identify challenges and barriers, ways to overcome those, and to keep you on-track and always headed toward your goals.

Leadership Coaching for Executives and Managers
Our Leadership Coaching initiatives focus on helping executives and senior managers get the most out of their experience and knowledge. Team Development Coaching Oftentimes it is beneficial for a work team to receive coaching or facilitation as a group. At Touchstone, we see this as an invaluable process to ensure that all members of the team are headed in the same direction and have the same objectives in mind. Our Team Coaching programs involve first meting with key individual team members to gather feedback about their perceptions of the environment and the desired outcomes, then conducting any necessary individual or team assessments, meeting with the group as a whole to create a cohesive vision of where they are headed, and finally, development of a plan to achieve this outcome. Our Team Coaching process involves orchestrating the creation of mission, vision, and values statements for the team, mediating any interpersonal conflicts, and structuring a program to lead the team toward common, collaborative goals. This process can also be used to facilitate any necessary team building activities when there are specific issues impeding the team's success. |
