Step toward your career goals

About Us

Professional executive coaches are increasingly being used by organizations with astounding success. Research suggests that more than 40% of all staff turnover is the result of employee disengagement and stress.

At Touchstone Career Coaching, we believe that appropriate professional development and helping individuals find and achieve their passion is the key to reducing this figure and creating success for both staff and organizations.

Touchstone coaches bring a wealth of insight and experience to the field of staff and organizational development.  We use a variety of tested and validated methods for first assessing a situation to identify potential solutions, and work closely with our clients to determine their ultimate desired outcomes, and then develop measurable outcomes in the process of creating effective and efficient action plans to achieve those goals.

Chuck Sigmund

Many of us find ourselves in jobs or on career paths that just don't seem to fit. Often we know that we are not in the ideal situation, but are unable to clearly see what role or path would fit us best. Others may be out of work and seeking guidance to find a career that matches their values and skill set. Chuck provides support and clarity to these situations, helping clients identify for themselves where their true passion lies and how to attain their professional goals.

Chuck brings more than 15 years of expertise as a Professional Development specialist and coach. He uses these skills to help others find their passion and define action plans for reaching their career aspirations. Chuck has an unfaltering belief that people should seek out what they do best and are most enthusiastic about. Doing so ignites possibilities in the individual and within organizations that were previously unrealized. Chuck's clients see immediate results not just in the type of work that they do, but far more importantly in the level of energy they bring to everything in their lives.

As a professional coach specializing in career issues, Chuck draws on his extensive experience to help each individual realize the importance of finding a satisfying and rewarding career and to help organizations recognize the value in creating supportive and collaborative working environments.

Chuck holds a Masters degree in Labor Economics, a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Development, and a Graduate Certificate in Demography.  He belongs to the American Society of Training and Development, Council on Marketing Opinion and Research, and Population Association of America, and has been asked to make professional presentations before these organizations on several occasions.
